Tech Start Ups - Pro's and Cons (Tell us your Story)

Monday, December 2, 2024

5:30 PM - 7:00 PM IST Virtual Event

Tech Start Ups - Pro's and Cons (Tell us your Story)

This event is a platform for anyone within the technology industry, to gain an understanding of the successes, and setbacks of starting up a tech company, in a very competitive and ever-changing market. I will inviting Founders/CEO's/CTO's/Directors/Managers/Software Leaders to join us and share their story, and journey to where they are today with their start up company, with the aim of helping newcomers to the market, gain a real insight, to what makes a tech start-up successful, and what setbacks are to be expected and overcome, throughout their initial journey towards becoming a profitable and exciting company to work for.

This is a 1 hour and 30 minutes online meeting, with an unlimited number of attendees able to join, so please feel free to share this with your friends/colleagues, if they are looking for a really interesting conversational based event, which allows time for Q and A with Directors/CEO's at established and profitable tech start up companies, and a few presentation slots for Owners/Founders to really provide a great understanding of how to make a success out of starting up in the technology industry.

Topics of conversation are to be confirmed and updated, closer to the time of the event, and our main goal is to bring entrepreneurial minded individuals together, who may be struggling or excelling, to share ideas, concepts and visions towards succeeding in such a highly competitive market, allowing those less experienced, to ask questions and gain insight on how to approach setting up as a technology company in the U.K/Europe.

How to build Relationship Capital using LinkedIn

Are you sitting on a goldmine of LinkedIn contacts without knowing how to truly leverage them? With over a billion users, LinkedIn is the ultimate platform for building meaningful, long-lasting professional relationships. This session is designed for anyone looking to build relationship capital with their existing contacts while also learning best practices to expand their network and influence.

Posting on LinkedIn without a strategy is like throwing a pebble in the ocean and hoping the world sees it. Our approach to LinkedIn is grounded in our S.I.M.P.L.E. framework, which breaks down into:
S – Strategy: Align your LinkedIn presence with your personal and business goals.
I – Insights: Leverage data-driven analysis to continuously improve your performance.
M – Messaging: Craft compelling content that resonates with your audience.
P – Profile: Optimize your profile to attract the right opportunities.
L – Leads: Build genuine connections that lead to business growth.
E – Engagement: Actively participate in conversations and interactions to expand your reach.

Our virtual session will teach you the best strategies to start, scale, and optimize your LinkedIn activities with a focus on organic, relationship-driven growth—no cold outreach, no spammy sales tactics.

This is a high-level introduction to turning your LinkedIn presence into a powerful tool for business growth. We will cover how to make the most out of your existing connections, create impactful content, and refine your approach using data-driven analysis. This session isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about building sustainable success.

What You'll Learn:
Profile Optimization for First Impressions: How to craft a LinkedIn profile that captures attention and communicates your unique value.
Engagement Strategies: Learn to grow your network organically by creating content that sparks interest and engages your audience.
Lead Generation: Convert connections into opportunities using personalized outreach strategies that build trust, not turn people away.

Who Should Attend?
This session is ideal for entrepreneurs, professionals, and startup founders looking to build genuine relationships and drive business growth on LinkedIn. Whether you're new to the platform or looking to refine your strategy, this event will provide actionable insights to transform your approach.

Brutal Advice for Marketing Your Tech Startup

Thursday, September 12, 2024

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM PDT Online Event

The biggest challenge in tech marketing is learning how to break through and actually connect with customers.

Quickly take your product or service to the next level with this fast paced, brutally honest, and wildly inspiring workshop with tech marketing leaders Nathan C Bowser and Stephanie Greenall.

Start-up leaders love to share what they built, but they don’t always know the best way to talk to their key audiences.

Because customers don’t care about what you built - they care about the impact a product makes on their quality of life - you have to reach beyond your comfort zones to find a message that really hits.

This workshop will help you quickly transform your brand and key messaging - enabling you to make better connections with the customers you care about.

You Will:
* Get brutally honest feedback from tech marketing leaders and workshop peers.
* Learn how to think about your work from your customer’s perspective.
* Practice easy tools for identifying your customer’s key pain points.
* Refine your value proposition to better align with your customers.
* Start to make better connections with the customers you care most about.

This interactive, 2 hour workshop is $150.
