About Kayode

Kayode is the Co-Founder & CEO of Caena, a deal flow automation platform for investors and startups. Caena is digitising venture financing to make it simpler, quicker and more accessible

He is also an expert for Virgin Startups, Cartier Women’s Initiative, HEC Incubateur Paris, University of Greenwich Generator among others, helping entrepreneurs with financial modelling and investment readiness.

Prior to founding Caena, he spent over 14 years in financial services across strategy & investment banking. As an investment banker, he worked on complex transactions worth over $5 billion including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity funds and Capex financings.
