James Lloyd is a founder multiple times over his career as a CTO, CEO, Board Member, Product Owner, Software Developer, and a Co-Owner of a brewery. He’s been involved with health tech, a co-working startup community, and the Health Insurance industries. His tenure at companies has run the gamut from the original product idea, to building a company of <300 team members, which supported 2500+ health orgs across the US, sending over a billion patient messages monthly between end user organizations.
James has thoughts to share about the startup growth experience, beginning as a sudo product lead, figuring out product market fit, product over-engineering, and a whole lot more!
